2000 FM is operated by Online Radio Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By using 2000fm.net, our streams, apps and games, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Listening
Our stations are free for your personal, non-commercial listening. Please don't record, rebroadcast, re-stream, play our streams in a business as background music for customers, or put our streams in another app, site or player without our written permission. The music you hear belongs to the artists, songwriters and labels and is played under licenses for internet radio.
Our content
The site design, logos, station names, artwork, scenes and games belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
Games
Our games are free and for fun only. There are no prizes, and the card games use pretend chips with no cash value. Nothing on our sites is gambling, and nothing can be bought, won or exchanged for money.
Messages you send
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve our stations and sites without owing you anything. Please don't send anything you don't want us to use.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of our sites or streams, send spam through our forms, or use our services for anything illegal.
Ads, links and other services
Our streams include ads. We aren't responsible for the products advertised or for other websites, app stores or social networks we link to.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the music playing, but our sites, streams and games are provided "as is" and "as available". Stations, features and games can change, pause or stop at any time, and we don't promise they'll always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Online Radio Solutions LLC, 2000 FM and their owners, staff and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss from using or not being able to use our services. Indemnity
If you misuse our services or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the costs that result.
